My yoga teaching style is centered on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for students of all levels. I believe that yoga is for everyone, and strive to make my classes accessible to people of all backgrounds and abilities. I focus on proper alignment and technique, while also incorporating elements of mindfulness and self-inquiry into my classes. I like to create sequences that flow smoothly and allow students to find their own inner strength and balance. I encourage my students to listen to their bodies and modify poses as needed, and always offer alternative options for those who need them. Above all, I aim to create a space where my students feel supported, challenged, and most importantly, at peace.
